Branch Closure: Due to inclement weather, our branches will be closed Tuesday January 27th, 2026. Our Digital Member Support team is available during normal business hours from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm to support your banking needs. Online and mobile banking, automated phone system, ATM/Debit Cards and more continue to be accessible during this closure.

Independence Day Closure: All branches and the digital member support team will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2026 in observance of Independence Day. We look forward to serving you upon our return.

Juneteenth Closure: All branches and the digital member support team will be closed on Friday, June 19, 2026 in observance of Juneteenth. We look forward to serving you upon our return.

Memorial Day Closure: All branches and the digital member support team will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026 in observance of Memorial Day. We look forward to serving you upon our return.

Presidents' Day Closure: All branches and the digital member support team will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2026 in observance of Presidents' Day. We look forward to serving you upon our return.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day Closure: All branches and the digital member support team will be closed on Monday, January 19, 2026 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. We look forward to serving you upon our return.

New Year’s Day Closure: All branches and the Digital Member Support team will close early on Wednesday, December 31, at 2:00 PM, and will be closed on Thursday, January 1, 2026, in observance of New Year’s Day. We look forward to serving you upon our return.

All Staff Event Closure: Our branches and Digital Member Support team will close at 12pm on Thursday, December 18, due to an all staff event. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your ongoing support of Signal Financial Federal Credit Union.

IMPORTANT! Mobile Deposit will undergo scheduled maintenance on Sunday, March 8th, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST. During this time, users may experience intermittent issues when making a mobile deposit. Branch Opening Delay: Our branches will open at 12pm on Thursday, February 12, due to an all staff meeting. 

Christmas Day Closure: All branches and the Digital Member Support team will close early on Wednesday, December 24, at 2:00 PM, and will be closed on Thursday, December 25, 2025, in observance of Christmas Day. We look forward to serving you upon our return.

Thanksgiving Day Closure: All branches and the digital member support team will be closed on Thursday, November 26, 2026 and Friday, November 27, 2026 in observance of Thanksgiving Day. We look forward to serving you upon our return.

Veterans Day Closure: All branches and the digital member support team will be closed on Wednesday, November 11, 2026 in observance of Veterans Day. We look forward to serving you upon our return.

Indigenous Peoples' Day Closure: All branches and the digital member support team will be closed on Monday, October 12, 2026 in observance of Indigenous Peoples' Day. We look forward to serving you upon our return.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day

All branches and the digital member support team will be closed on Monday, January 16, 2023 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

All branches and Digital Member Support will close on Saturday, December 31st and Monday, January 2nd in observance of the New Year.

Signal Financial branches will close at 12:30pm on Friday, December 23rd. Digital Member Support will operate from 9:00am - 1:00pm.

All branches and Digital Member Support will close on Saturday, December 24th, Monday, December 26th, Saturday, December 31st and Monday January 2nd in observance of the Christmas and New Year holiday.

On Wednesday, December 7th the One Loudoun branch will close at 2:00 PM and all other Signal Financial branches will close at 3:00 PM

Due to system upgrades, online and mobile banking will be unavailable from 10:00pm Tuesday, Jan. 17 to 3:00am Wednesday, Jan 18.

All branches and the call center will be closed on Monday, February 21, 2022 in observance of Presidents’ Day.

Due to inclement weather all Signal Financial branches are closed today. ATMs, mobile and online banking services are fully operational 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Digital Member support will close at 12 PM on Saturday, October 1st. Online banking and ATMs are available 24/7. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
