2024 Annual Business Meeting: Thursday, April 25, 2024
The goal of our Annual Meeting is to:
• Update members on the status and health of their credit union
• Review old and address new business items
• Announce newly elected or re-elected volunteers to serve on the Board of Directors
All members are invited to attend the 2024 Annual Meeting. Please e-mail Roger Berry at rberry@signalfinancialfcu.org to RSVP or to ask any questions regarding the Annual Meeting.
Details on how to attend will be sent closer to the date and after an RSVP is received.
Consider serving as a volunteer leader of Signal.
Board of Directors Election
In accordance with National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) election procedures, each year Signal Financial Board of Directors appoints a Nominating Committee to administer the election for open Board positions. For the 2024 Election, there will be three (3) incumbent positions under consideration.
The Board of Directors establish policies for Signal Financial FCU and are also responsible for the direction of the credit union. Board of Directors officials serve as volunteers.

Supervisory Committee Nominations
Members interested in serving as a volunteer leader of Signal, should also consider applying for our Supervisory Committee.
The Supervisory Committee meets twice a month and is made up of active members who volunteer their time to help direct the growth and success of our credit union. The Committee’s primary function is to ensure the credit union’s records and policies are maintained and that the assets of members are safeguarded in compliance with the law.
