KENSINGTON, MD—Earlier today Governor Larry Hogan of Maryland, where Signal Financial is headquartered, ordered all non-essential businesses to close for the remainder of the pandemic, effective at 5 pm .
Out of care and concern for our staff, all Signal Financial branches will open by appointment only Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays until further notice. On Fridays all branches will close at 4 p.m.This is a temporary measure that will go into effect Wednesday, March 25. The decision to remain open, but temporarily limit public access to our branches also came after careful review of feedback you’ve given to us through our recent
Member Survey, temporary appointments for branch visits will be taken for members who need to conduct business that cannot be conducted online or through our ATMs and mobile app.
To set up an appointment for a branch visit:
- Call (301) 933-9100 during normal business hours or e-mail the Member Service department to set up an appointment.
- In your request, please note the reason why you would like to visit and your branch location of choice.
- UPDATE TO BRANCH HOURS: On Friday’s all branches will now close at 4 p.m. until further notice.
As a protective measure, all Signal Financial members are strongly encouraged to use mobile and online banking for all financial transactions or one of Signal’s 24-hour ATM locations, especially for deposits and withdrawals.
