Most adjustable rate mortgages are only great during the initial fixed-rate period.

OURS IS GREAT EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.

A different kind of adjustable rate mortgage

Most adjustable rate mortgages (ARMs) are great during the initial fixed-rate period, but then
the rate can rise substantially for the rest of the term. With a Signal Financial 5/5 ARM, your
rate is locked for 5 year intervals and can increase by no more than 1% at each adjustment.
Signal’s current 5/5 ARM rates are among the lowest in the market—and significantly less
than a traditional 30-year fixed mortgage. Since your ARM’s first adjustment cannot increase
more than 1%, and will be locked for another 5 years, your rate will likely remain below a
comparable 30-year fixed-rate mortgage for the first 10 years!

A lower rate means a lower monthly payment

Instead of paying more interest, you can pay down your loan balance more quickly, save for
a rainy day, or go on that vacation you’ve always dreamed of!

You get more buying power

The rates for our 5/5 ARM are lower than for traditional 30-year mortgages, which means you
can buy more house without a higher payment.
