Search for Homes
Find your dream home using our online property listings! Search by number of bedrooms and baths, square footage, and zip code, among many other features. You can also circle an area on a map and we’ll show you what’s available in that area. Save your favorite searches and receive email alerts when new properties become available.
Use our site to research neighborhoods as well as homes: view comparable sales data and get access to neighborhood demographics including weather, schools, crime rates and more.
Find an Agent
More than half of all home buyers ask friends and family for a referral to a trustworthy, experienced real estate agent. That’s because the right agent can make all the difference.
CU Realty works with Signal to put together a network of agents from top brokerages in your area. We use a thorough vetting process to select real estate agents who have the knowledge, passion and dedication to help you find the right deal at the right price or sell your existing home in the manner you would expect. Agents in the HomeAdvantage network are fully licensed and have been actively engaged, full-time real estate professionals for at least three years.
As a HomeAdvantage user, you’re free to browse our network of agents online to find one that works for you, or we can recommend one for you.
Earn Cash Rewards
Just use any agent in the HomeAdvantage network to buy or sell your home, and you’ll earn a cash rebate equal to 20% of the agent’s commission. Use one of our agents to buy AND sell, and you’ll earn a rebate on both transactions. As a buyer, you can apply it towards closing costs or take the cash outright! As a seller, you can use it reduce your agent’s commission. It’s your choice.

The rebate is based on the total home price, not the amount mortgaged. HomeAdvantage is an exclusive service provided by Signal Financial in partnership with CU Realty Services, the nation’s leading provider of real estate services for credit union members.

*The HomeAdvantage program is made available to you through a relationship between Signal Financial Federal Credit Union and CU Realty Services. Program Cash Rewards are awarded by CU Realty Services to buyers and sellers who select and use a real estate agent in the HomeAdvantage network. Home buyers or sellers are not eligible for Cash Rewards if they use an agent outside this network. Using Signal Financial Federal Credit Union for a mortgage is not a requirement to earn Cash Rewards. Cash Rewards amounts are dependent on the commissions paid to the agent. Signal Financial Federal Credit Union may have specific rules on how your Cash Rewards will be paid out.
