The Essentials You Need. The Rewards You Deserve.

Debit card rewards points

Signal members can earn reward points by swiping their debit card. That means you’ll get rewarded for something you’re already doing! If you don’t have or aren’t using a Signal debit card, here’s one more reason!

Whenever you make a purchase with your Signal debit card, you’ll earn 1 point for every $2 spent2. So are you ready to start earning more rewards?

Debit cardholders are required to agree to Signal Rewards Terms and Conditions to start accumulating points. This process can be completed via Online Banking or the mobile app.

Credit card rewards points

Members with a Signal Platinum Visa3 credit card earn 3 points for every $1 spent on travel purchases, 2 points on gas, groceries, and restaurants, and 1 point on everything else.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why did the rewards program change from automatic cashback to manual redemption?

We made this change to ensure that rewards are utilized by engaged members, optimizing our resources, and enabling us to offer better products, services, and rates to all our members. Manual redemption also provides you with the flexibility to choose between immediate cash out or accumulating points for larger rewards.

Has the point calculation strategy for different purchase categories changed?

No, the point calculation strategy for different purchase categories remains the same as before. Members with a Signal Platinum Visa credit card continue to earn 3 points for every $1 spent on travel, 2 points on gas, groceries, and restaurants, and 1 point on all other purchases.

Why does cashback show up as points on the website?

We understand the confusion caused by cashback appearing as points on our website. We are actively working with our vendor to rectify this issue. Our goal is to display cashback as cash to provide a clearer redemption process. We anticipate completing this transition by the end of this year or sooner. Rest assured, you are still earning points during this time, and have the opportunity to redeem your points for cash within the Signal Rewards powered by uChoose platform.
